self talk quotes
All right, you may feel this as crazy, but its the truth.
I think the biggest misconception about me is people really don't know who I really am. They see the party side of me, they see the crazy side of me. But I also have a laid-back side. You know, I'm chill, down to earth. If you want to grab a cup of coffee and just talk about life, I can do that.

We all do self talking at some point of our lives. It is necessary to think about somethings in life. If you think about it in depth, you would have done self talk for making the decisions in life. Especially, the big ones.
It depends, actually. Whenever you are influenced by someone who has dominance over you, then you don't listen to your self and decide to go with the flow. It may make you regret it later (most of the cases) but can also help you a lot sometimes.
In my case. I didn't use to do the self talking since  I felt of it as useless tactic or I was under a conception that people will call me crazy or mad or mentally the sick. Haha!
Later on I decided that self talking is needed in order to get something from my life. Earlier days of most of the people are influenced or I would say dominated by some people. The fun part is that these people have no direct impact on what actually has to do with life. They will call you with names, abuses, mad or mentally unstable but if you don't want to regrte it later, trust me you need to do some self talk.
I would be sharing how it helped me and why I do the self talk. Read on to know more.
1. Clarity
It helps in getting along with life and that too without any confusions. If I am under an influence of an authority figure, I get to know that whether that influence will have a positive or negative impact on my life. Trust me, every person has different experiences in life. No matter you may have been through the same phases as others, but your experience will be different from them for sure.
As a child every person is under some influence or I should say is dominated by that influence. As life moves on, he becomes individual, then self talk becomes necessary in order to take decisions for your own life.
2. Confidence
Self talk boosts the confidence. Asyou gain clarity as what you need to do, you rule your own life. It takes confidence to make powerful and useful decisions. If you don't have confidence in yourself, nobody will have it on you.
There is lot of negativity out there, you need confidence to pull out of it and stand apart. I have confidence in what I do and that has helped me in making difficult decisions in life.
3. Consciousness
Lot of decisions we take are more or less either taken under some confusion. Or in other words we are not fully conscious. Self talk brings in the consciousness back.
When you are fully conscious, you take better decisions and don't waste time in thinking about it all day long! Self talk, even for five minutes daily, can allow you to make conscious decisions for the day.
4.  Communication
Self talking improves your communication. As you do the self taking, you get a clear picture of who you actually are. This way you always be yourself and communicate with people more effectively.
When you know what you need in life and have that confidence, you meet with like minded people and communicate with them without faking yourself.
This was my list of how Self Talking has helped me in taking better decisions in life. Do you do the self talk? Has it helped you?
