An apple a day keeps the doctor away – cliche? Not quite, if scientific evidence is to go by!! Apples are an amazing fruit, packed with so many nutritional benefits for both adults and babies. While munching on an apple may seem commonplace for you and me or an older kid, unfortunately our little babies can’t do it, even the ones with teeth!

Apples are one of the best first foods for babies, since they are unlikely to cause allergies and are easily digestible. With their high amount of dietary fiber and Vitamin C, they’re also excellent for the digestive system, bones, immunity, among others. Since we want our babies also to get these benefits, we’ve put together a list of 30 apple recipes for babies under one year, so they don’t miss out on this yummy fruit and it’s many benefits!
