I think it's really necessary to cite photographers if you're going to borrow their work. Otherwise you are stealing someone else's creativity. I would be extremely bothered if someone used mine without permission. Wouldn't you? I noticed some this morning that were taken directly from the Sartorialist without any credit. This is unfair.
Happy to be a fellow blogger - I write on all things that relate to People Skills and Professional Improvement - the goal being to help people do better with other people for more joy and abundance - love to hear your questions and ideas!
I started writing The Clever Pup as a newsletter for my son who was 9 at the time. There wasn't enough interesting content out there for kids that wasn't "dumbed-down". Anyway I got the writing bug and started blogging in 08; changing my focus for a more adult audience. I like talking about art, travel and food. I love a good Art History Mystery.
I'm Erika Lust, I'm a feminist erotic filmmaker and writer, I blog about women's sexuality, porn, sex and society. I like to find interesting feminist initiatives and nice videos and photos. I also talk about my projects, my new short films, movies, books and websites in which I try to spread different quality content about feminine sexuality.
Erika,
I blog about topics on spiritual life, transformation, meditative thoughts, alternative living - things which come along the way, so the blog is called "Flowers on the Wayside - Along the Roads of Good Will". By profession I'm working as a head of web office in a big social welfare organisation, so topics from there also sometimes creep in. Living in Switzerland, I have contacts from all over the world, from where also inputs are coming, thus, I'm blogging in English, though it isn't my mother tongue.
Here and then I had a look into Paperblog though with all the flood of information there isn't much time for just random reading.
Paperblog is not only a way of finding quality articles on a wide variety of topics, but also a way of getting to know other bloggers who share similar interests.
This forum is for you to introduce yourselves, your blog, your interests...all about you!
