Ze Kitchen Galerie in the 6th is a place we've loved since it opened and Colette insists we take visitors to whenever they hit town.  I don't disagree and love to come back and see what William Ledeuil has cooked up this week.  Since Colette's visit in February, there are very new and very cool ZKG stamped placemats and new way of displaying the lunch menu/carte and rather than amuse-bouches of olives, very cool, spicy beet souplettes.  We're off and running.  Helped by Cedric's offer of a little bubbly.

For firsts, our visiting friends had the entree fish of the day (maigre) with tarama, vegetables and citronelle and asparagus with spaghetti and citrus fruits; while Colette and I went with the incontrovertible bouillon with shrimp raviolis which pix did not turn out.

Then we went separate ways with
- scallops
- chicken and
- squid - all super-delicious.

To end we had the pineapple with coco and the chocolate praline with orange.

Our bill with 4 coupes offered, their filtered water - great, great bread - 2 bottles of wine and 4 coffees, was 125.90 E a couple.

Go? If I die tonite, I'll die happy.  With William in the kitchen and Cedric minding the front, what more could one ask for?  This place has managed to both get it down pat and keep changing - a wonderful combo.
