MFA Inc., a Midwest regional farm supply and marketing organization, was accused of violating approximately 13 safety violations in accordance to the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s, OSHA, statute.

After an employee was severely injured at an Aurora-based milling plant, concerns are at an all time high. The employee fell 40 feet from a lift intended to move materials, and landed on a concrete floor. This injury could have been prevented.
