Work At Home Snacks In Under 5 Minutes

Over the past year I've truly loved being able to work from home. Of course there are days where I just lounge in pajamas all day but I also have campaigns to shoot, deadlines to hit, articles to write and a few hundred pictures to shoot, edit and post. All of this work really makes me hungry throughout the day but as a one who loves what she does, I want something quick, fast and overall filling to keep me jumping around from one e-mail to the next project.

When I came across this delicious looking Pineapple Coconut Bliss FruitLove Yogurt while shopping at my local Jewel-Osco, in the dairy section, I knew immediately that this would be a perfect snack to enjoy ( while adding a few other fun ingredients as well ). Fruitlove has the benefits of a smoothie packed with fruits and vegetables in the convenience of a yogurt cup. Each individually packaged cup comes with it’s own spoon, perfect to enjoy anytime, anywhere. Each cup is a good source of protein and calcium and an excellent source of vitamins A, B1, and B3.
I call it my Pineapple Coconut Smoothie Bowl and it's one that not only tastes delicious, but also is ready to go in under 5 minutes!
Here's how I created it!

Ingredients:

Pineapple Coconut Bliss Yogurt
- Pineapple Chunks
- Coconut Flakes
-Granola 

Directions:

1. Open up the Pineapple Coconut Bliss Yogurt
2. Add a few chunky of juicy pineapple
3. Sprinkle a few coconut crumbs on top
4. Add a little granola for some extra crunch
The best part about this easy snack, is if I'm in a hurry to get to a meeting, I'll all of the ingredient into a bowl and bring it with me ( because it comes with an adorable green spoon to take with me on the go! WINNING ). In particular, my Pineapple Coconut Bliss yogurt is a tropical vacation that literally is on the tip of my tongue! It's blended with punchy pineapple, banana, creamy coconut and squash with Greek yogurt for a thick and creamy smoothie so delicious you'll want to spoon right into it!
