Wealthy people compete in possession of works of art. Internet nerds have their counterpart – NFT tokens, which have recently become very popular and reach sky-high values of several million dollars.
NFT as an investment
Let’s consider whether NFT tokens can bring us any financial benefits.
In the short term, in my opinion, not necessarily, but it depends …
If you are an influencer and have a large community, you have an excellent chance to sell love or other feelings or not know a part of the body (virtually, of course) and make a good profit. But what about the grays? I believe that it is unlikely to be profitable for ordinary people in the short term.
In the long term, however, the situation changes dramatically. A long time ago, I managed to catch a dozen NFT tokens on free airdrops (editor’s note Airdrop is an organized action of giving away tickets in return for marketing activities in social media, such as page likes or retweets). Of course, they weren’t worth anything back then or were, but little (<$ 1). You won't believe my surprise when I unearthed my airdrop wallet (I use a separate metamask wallet for collecting airdrops for security reasons), and its value was around $ 1000. Therefore, I encourage everyone to delve into the subject because something worth nothing may change its value in 3, 5, or 10 years.
