All one needs to do is to provide the proper ingredients, correct temperature and when done, you must give it to all of your neighbors. Your choice to remain positive will change your life, and always for the better. Let the feelings that are not so pleasant flow through you, don't get caught in a loop of resistance towards negative feeling, use it as a comparative tool to appreciate the positive. Your choice to realize your power of focus in the world will change your life and always for the better. The lessons are hard but necessary. Continue to Show appreciation for the moments that are, even though they are sometimes not as pleasant as you wish. Allow your good feelings to stay with you.
