I have a well documented love of Chiean wines. They have amazing flavor profiles and can be really affordable. One of my favorites is Famiglia Meschini Pinot Noir. A Chilean winery but the owners live in the Twin Cities. A round about way to support local wine and indulge my love of Chilean wine.
Full bodied, great with meat and for around $14 dollars a pretty great bargain. If you are in the Twin Cities definitely check this out!
And I know this would be great with Thanksgiving dinner…
