Hearties When Calls The Heart returns to the Hallmark Channel next month!
The show, which has been off the air since series regular Lori Loughlin was arrested in the college admissions scandal, will return May 5th with two nights and two episodes, actress Erin Krakow revealed on Tuesday.
“We can’t wait to welcome you back to Hope Valley and share all new stories with you,” Krakow shared in a video.
Exec producer Brian Bird released the following statement:
” #Hearties, thanks for sticking with us through this challenging time. As you now know… the show not only must go on, but will go on, starting Sunday night, May 5th and Monday night, May 6th, and then in our regular Sunday night time slot after that through the remainder of Season 6.
He continued,
Life throws all of us painful , and the only way to survive is to walk right through them with courage, grace, a forgiving spirit, and most of all, hope.”
The series return and without Loughlin, who played the mayor of Hope Valley. Lori and her husband are fighting conspiracy to commit mail fraud, honest services fraud, and money laundering fraud charges due to their alleged part in the college admissions scandal.
