What's In My Travel Bag?

By Lotionsandpotions @LotionNPotion
This weekend I am down in London visiting my parents and enjoying the lovely, long Jubilee weekend (4 days off - woooo!) and I thought I'd do a post about what make up and skin care I've brought with me.First up Skincare:Spongebag: Oilily (bought from TK Maxx)From Left to Right: The Body Shop Vitamin E Cleanser, The Body Shop Vitamin E Toner, The Body Shop Seaweed Mattifying Day Cream, The Body Shop Tea Tree Blemish Fade Night Lotion, The Body Shop Tea Tree Blemish GelI have packed my current favorite cleanser and toner, from the Vitamin E range at the Body Shop and also my Neutrogena Visibly Clear 2 in 1, which I completely forgot to take a picture of (sorry!). I did a post all about these here.I'm also taking The Body Shop Seaweed Mattifying Day Cream as my skin is having a little break out at the moment and I want something a little more clarifying than my usual Vitamin E moisturiser. The Tea Tree products are also part of my anti-spot campaign and are new, so I'm giving them a go to see how/if they work.Make Up:Make Up Bag: Free from FCUK with an O2 Priority Moments OfferI am taking my MUA Heaven and Earth Eyeshadow Palette, Mosaic Blush (shade 3 English Rose) and Mosaic Bronzer (shade 1 Natural Glow). These are relatively new purchase and I am loving them so far! I did a review here. Also coming with me is:My Rimmel London Clear Complexion Clarifying Powder (021 Transparent), which I use every dayThe Glossybox compact mirror, which came free in their May birthday box and promptly replaced my usual coompactMy new Lily Cole for The Body Shop Lip and Cheek Dome (Crazy For Coral) - such a nice summery shade!Tweezerman Travel Eyelash Curler. I actually don't own a full size eyelash curler as this one works so well and is so nice and compact so it fits into my make up bag perfectlyYves Saint Laurent Luxurious Mascara For A False Lash Effect - this is my favorite mascara, but Maybelline New York Colossal Volum Express gives pretty much the same effectRimmel London Soft Khol eyeliner (011 Sable Brown) - I use this pretty frequently instead of black eyeliner, which I find too dramatic for the dayCollection 2000 Lasting Perfection Concealer (Fair 1). This is the best concealer I have ever used - I used to use Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat and I think this is better!RMK Make Up Base, which came in the May Joliebox and I've used everyday since it arrivedThe Body Shop Colourglide Lip Colour (42)The Body Shop Lip ScuffCollection 2000 Lasting Colour Gel Eyeliner (Brown)The Body Shop Born Lippy Plum Lip BalmBrushes:I'm taking my Ecotools Travel Brush set, Kabuki Brush and Buffing Brush. I got these pretty recently, but they've already become must use brushes. I have no idea how I managed without good brushes before now!!Ok, so those are my weekend essentials for a laid back, low key weekend with my parents! I'll probably only be shopping and meeting friends for lunch this weekend, so nothing too crazy.Enjoy your long weekend!Grace
