I had the healthiest opportunity to try this muffin and this one too, and I have to admit, I wouldn't have guessed that this chocolate muffin was made of 1/3 vegetable, unless I read through the ingredients. At first, I was a bit apprehensive about the taste of  this chocolate muffin that was made with 1/3 vegetable like carrots and zucchini, but trust me- it tasted far better than a regular chocolate muffin. I bet ya, you would love this too.
