What is Your Honest Assessment

My expectations for this team were very high. So what is happening? I'd like to hear others thoughts. Some of my questions are:
1. Head coach. Never been a Tomlin fan. He does a good job from human resource management perspective, but is a poor game day manager. Is that enough to continue his reign?
2. Defensive coach. After a year and a half, I'm not impressed with Butler. His defensive schemes don't impress me at all. I scream at the TV every game that we don't cover receivers. It's the catch and contain philosophy that I abhor. Do we need another approach?
3. Offensive coach. No problems with Haley, although having Bell and AB makes life pretty easy. I thought he had a decent plan for Jones yesterday.
So is this all about injuries? Every team faces them but we seem to have more than normal. What causes that? It's been mentioned that our practices are too physical. Is the conditioning inadequate? Or maybe our player evaluations are bad. Do we draft the right athlete? Do we need a front office change?
Or am I just expecting too much?
