What is this thing???? Looking like a cross between a snail and some sort of crazy bug, this creature is actually something that people that live along the seacoast may know--but usually after the creature is dead. In this case it is very much alive in this short video uploaded by terrianna214 on September 6, 2007. Can you guess what it is?

It's a sea cucumber. Having lived most of my life on the East Coast (Florida), I've seen tons of these... but all of them dead. And they looked a bit different... they weren't so loaded with spines. They actually looked like squishy pickles.
