For Father's Day yesterday, I wore this gorgeous new dress that I showed you in my summer fashion haul from Red Label. I love the colours and patterns on it, I feel like the monochrome background keeps it in my 'safety zone' but the flowers add the pop of colours that's perfect for summer and brightens it up. It is a shift dress however I don't find them that flattering so I added a waist belt and pull the dress out over it a bit to give me some shape and make it a little bit shorter.

I knew we were going to be out all day and then going straight to dinner so I took my OASAP fluffy black jacket to throw on in the evening incase it got chilly (it didn't!). I absolutely love this jacket and had kind of forgotten about it, it is perfect for chilly, dry evenings.
I accessorised with my watch that I wear most days, my Heritage & Harlequin clutch and some black strappy flat sandals from Dorothy perkins. Sometimes at the weekend I like to take a smaller bag with me as otherwise I don't get to use them that often! Warren normally helps out carrying the changing bag so we still have everything for Sienna! I think the sandals really finish off the outfit and it all works really well together, it's very festival-esque!
