Here’s a few things that I was into this week… and one that I wasn’t.
Spring-y Phone Cases
I have a Galaxy Note 2 (which happens to be the size of my head), and I can never find cute cases for it. I always see stupid leather cases, and ugly silicone ones that are gross colors. It makes me mad when I see iPhone cases everywhere, but I love my big screen. Anyway, I got down and dirty on Amazon last week and found these cases for like $6 each. I love them both.
Black Pugs Not Drugs
I always see this pugs not drugs, with a fawn pug… never a black one. I was soooo excited when I came across this, it looks just like gussy. Maybe I’ll DIY a summer tote with this bad boy.
Beachy Scents
I’ve been getting hammered with winter storms lately, and sometimes it’s nice to get a whiff of the beach. I know, summer is a long time away. However, summer scents make me feel warm and good. I’m loving this lotion from VS Pink, Sun Kissed (you can get it here). It smells just like vacation, and makes me think of sunshine.
The Best Dry Shampoo Ever
If I could only take one thing to a deserted island with me, it would be dry shampoo. I love dry shamp and go through a ton of it. I saw this at Giant, and I liked the bottle… so I got it. As soon as I tried it, I knew this would be the dry shampoo that I use for the rest of my life. It’s amazing. It gives you so much volume and staying power, and it smells clean. Go get it, “Not Your Mother’s Clean Freak Refreshing Dry Shampoo”.
Little Spring Bags
I get so tired of carrying a giant bag everywhere. Spring is all about cleanliness (spring cleaning), and freshness… so I wanted that in a bag. I found this gem at Old Navy on sale for $8 (you can get it online for $27… boo), and it’s everything I was looking for. The color is perfect, and so is the size. It’s bigger than a clutch, but not overly large. I can fit everything I need. I don’t love crossbody bags, so I messed around with the strap and was able to make it a length that I like.
Snack Attack
I love this snack. It’s not that bad for you, and it’s light as shizz. It’s like healthy cheese curls. When I’m dying for chips or something salty, this is my go to.
Cheers
I went to brunch last week, and ordered this beer because it was the first thing on the menu (it was a huge menu that overwhelmed me). It turned out to be insanely good. Perhaps it’s the name Namaste, but I felt like I was drinking something healthy. This beer is clean and crisp, and reminds me a little bit of tea. I would definitely get this again if I see it anywhere.
What I’m Hating
I hate the shit that they put on top of hummus when you buy it from the grocery store.
It is so gross. I hate it. I have to eat around it, until finally I scoop it off with a spoon into the trash can. Who eats this part? Maybe it’s because I’m a super picky eater, but whenever I see this shmeg it makes me gag. The textures don’t mix well, and it doesn’t belong there. The freaking definition of hummus is:

Nowhere in that def does it say anything about surprises on top.
