When I started out with makeup, I told myself I was going to be an eyeliner master. Pencil, gel, liquid: you name it, I will master it! I did not have a lot of money, so I had to make do with buying the cheapest things I could find. I remember circling the drugstore multiple times until I found the Wet n Wild Color Icon Eye Liners and was automatically hooked because they were only a $1.00!
Not only are these pencils a dollar, they are really long meaning there are a lot of product. Not only that, they eye liner is really creamy and smooth. It has a matte finish and does smudge if you rub it. I am not too crazy about using it to create smoky eyes, but I like smudging the eyeliner towards the outer corner.
Overall, if you are new to makeup, I highly suggest trying this eyeliner. Even if you are an expert these are nice to have on hand because of the matte finish ^_^
