Well Rounded

This morning I made a well rounded breakfast.

I kept it light by scrambling one whole egg with two egg whites. I sprinkled them with pepper, salt and onion powder and they were delish! Then I toasted a slice of whole wheat bread and topped it with jam and butter. I probably didn’t need the yogurt but you know me and my breakfasts. I gotta have my yogurt.

I’m super happy with my egg white scramble this morning. I think my three egg scramble was about 100 calories and full of protein! Score one for health

On a working out note… I haven’t done too much this week. My cold, I think is a sinus infection and I’ve been coughing like crazy and had a small fever. Not prime workout criteria if you ask me.
