I almost can’t believe it’s December already. Where did the year go!? It feels like I spend the whole year waiting for the holidays to roll around. We’ve got all of the holiday decorations up, and I’m patiently counting down the days (21!) until Christmas day.
This week I… just can’t believe how fast the week flew by. The weather finally took a cooler turn, and I was able to take a few of my favorite winter pieces out for a spin. I also spent a more than fair amount of time listening to Adele’s new album. Anyone else get a chance to check it out yet? So good.
Weekend Plans: I’m excited to attend the grand opening party for the New Orleans Kendra Scott locale, and check out all of their new goodies. Bubbles and jewelry? What more could a girl ask for?
Weekly Favorites: Now that the weather has cooled off a bit, I can’t get winter fashion off the brain. I’ve been having a pretty big urge to buy all the sweaters, all the boots, and all the scarves and hats. While I happen to think a major winter shopping spree sounds like fun, but I doubt that my wallet would agree. Although I’d call it even if we settled on this sweater, this scarf, and these boots. Yes, please.
The Week Ahead: Work as usual, and counting down the days until I break for the Christmas and New Year’s holidays. A much needed staycation will for sure be happening.
