Who goes out of state for one day? We do! And while it wasn’t for the shiny lights of Vegas, Lake Havasu (which normally brings to mind images of annoyingly bright bikinis and overly tanned folk waving Bud Lights in the air) is a pretty awesome place to enjoy the water and the toasty sun.
Truth be told, I was sick as a dog; but through summers of tubing, fishing, ice teas and sunburns, it’s always nice to go back – even for just a second :)
