It’s been a while since I bundled up my new favorite beauty products and shared them with you so here are just a few game changers that have sneakily made their way into my pre-wedding routine.

The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea Exfoliator here | Fuji Green Tea Bath Tea here | Origins Brighter by Nature Pads here

I always like to be tanned for a wedding so my beauty routine starts with a soak and intense exfoliation. The green tea detox bath salts and the matching exfoliator are the perfect pre-wedding combo. I’m obsessed with green tea so I was super excited to give these products a try. Green tea is known for its unique flavor but not particularly well known for a scent but like many of The Body Shop’s bath products, this one makes you (and your bathroom) smell divine. Not only do they smell gorgeous, the exfoliator creates a silky smooth base for your tan. This is more of an every day exfoliator rather than a harsh one that can be used once a week or to remove fake tan so I’d use it for a week before a special event. Rather than using a face exfoliator, I use the brighter by nature pads. They contain fruit acids that brighten the skin and the brightening effect is instant.

St Moriz Gradual Tan (here).

Rather than tanning on the morning of the wedding, I prefer to use a gradual tan every day for a week before an event as this prevents any tell tale tanning fails like orange elbows or tangoed knees. I’ve been using the St Moriz gradual tan for a few weeks now and it’s been nice to have a subtle glow that doesn’t wash off. The best bit? No biscuit smell here ladies, this tan smells delightful.

FINALLY! John Frieda have created a salon size shampoo and this is literally the best news ever. Now we can finish a shampoo and conditioner at the same time.

A spritz of this thermal spring water always creates a dewy base prior to applying foundation. It instantly perks up a dull complexion and it’s great for sensitive skin types too.

Anastasia Beverley Hills Lipgloss in Dainty (impulse Ebay purchase) | YSL Blush (similar here in Rose) | Rimmel 60 Second Nail Varnish in Pink

A summer wedding is the perfect time to put the bronzer away and bring out the fresh pink shades. The Anastasia lipgloss in Dainty is the perfect summer color. The YSL blush adds a flush of color that isn’t too pale or overpowering.

Roger Gallet Hand and Nail Creams here and here.

My hand balms are the last thing I reach for before running out of the door. They leave your hands feeling baby soft and smell sensational. My favorite thing about these balms is the mattifying finish that leaves hands feeling smooth rather than sticky.  Roger Gallet is a new brand I’ve discovered this month and I’m really impressed with the quality and the pretty packaging can’t help but make you feel summery.

What are your pre-wedding lotions and potions that you can’t live without?
