This brooding first encounter of Stealth flying solo is a mesmerising showcase of a rare vocal talent. Dark piano stabs pave the way for a pounding rhythmic heartbeat over which breathes the rich tones of Stealth. ‘Intro’ is awash with the classic blues influences of Howlin Wolf, the captivating soul reminiscent of Hozier or James Bay matched with the serrated edge of Plan B.
Stealth has risen to prominence as one of the most sought after voices in dance music. He has featured on the collaboration between drum & bass heavyweights Netsky Vs. Metrik with ‘Can’t Speak’, the latest output from production extraordinaire Nitin Sawhney ‘When I’m Gone’, and has become a Radio 1/1Xtra favorite from his work with Roger Sanchez on ‘Remember Me’ and the fiery ‘Fearless’ with Drumsound & Bassline Smith.
On his own, Stealth has already been championed by BBC Introducing and touted as a one to watch by Music Week. He plays the taste-making Zermatt Unplugged Festival, Zurich on October 23rd and has more shows in the UK to announce shortly following his recent performance in support of Tiggs Da Author at The Waiting Room, London last week.
