Street View is a great navigating tool but many more people use it as a means to discover a far away place – armchair tourism. Google now gives people the opportunity to gaze out from the top of Dubai’s Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. Using Trekker backpacks and trolleys, it took the Googlers three days to capture the images from both the viewing gallery on the 124th floor and the window cleaning gantry on the 80th.
