How you all have been? It’s very hot and humid at my place, waiting eagerly for rains! Coming back to the review, today I’m talking about the VLCC Oil Free Sunscreen Gel with SPF 15 PA++ my go to sunscreen gel this hot season. I have always loved the Lotus Herbals tinted sunscreen but this changed my view, as VLCC too have an affordable sunscreen in the Indian Market.
This is a part of the VLCC sun defense range. I have been using this sunscreen for about a month now and I am very satisfied with the results. This is more appropriate for girls who have to stay for very less time outside in the sun, as it contains a very low SPF factor.
Over exposure to harmful UVA and UVB rays of the sun is responsible for skin darkening and aging.Refresh and cool off your skin in the sun with this unique sunscreen gel. Enriched with Aloe Vera, Watermelon and cucumber extracts, it heals and moisturizes the skin while SPF 15 and PA+ protects it from the sun’s harmful UVA and UVB rays.

Apply liberally and evenly on the face and neck, 15-20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply frequently for long duration sun exposure.

My experience with VLCC Oil Free Sunscreen Gel SPF 15:
The product comes in colorful orange tube packaging with flip top opening which shuts tightly, very easy to use, hygienic and travel-friendly. The first thing that I liked about this product is its smell. Not at all overpowering, very pleasant and refreshing, gives perfect summery feel and lingers for 2-3 hours after application. The product itself is a transparent gel, not too thick, just perfect consistency. Being a gel based sunscreen it is very light on the skin and spreads evenly, effortlessly & quickly. The absorption takes some time, 10-15 minutes in my experience. After the sunscreen is absorbed there is no sticky or oily feeling. Once absorbed, it leaves face fresh and oil free and prevents excess sweating too.

VLCC oil free sunscreen gel comes in a gel based formula, that absorbs well, feels light on the skin, smells fresh, and is non-greasy. I have already repurchased this twice and would also recommend this to every girl!
