Chef Rosario Sartore will prepare traditional winter street food dishes including octopus broth, pizzette, frittatine, panzarotti, sfogliatelle and chestnuts – to name but a few. The kind of food that’s been cooked and served on the streets of Naples for hundreds of years that Rosario grew up eating and enjoying with his family and friends. Simple and very tasty!
