I really enjoyed Violeta. I loved the fact it's written in the form of a letter. I don't often read books in this style so this was a nice change to a straight-forward, linear book. Violeta's voice is powerful and I really enjoyed listening to her story. I loved all of the key historical moments she lives through. This is a rich, detailed book.
