Vintage Find Friday: Last Week’s Vintage Haul
Have you ever had to take kids to an antique store? Yikes, its kind of the worst. They want to touch everything! And it seems like that is always the time they decide a wild game of tag is absolutely appropriate. So when Matt and I had an hour to ourselves last Sunday we seized the moment to head to our favorite junk vintage shop. I was shopping with the intent to find items to resell at my booth at Shabby Creek.
But I think it all might be staying.
I found 2 ironstone platters. I am finding ironstone a little tricky to find in my area so when I saw these I snapped them up!
One of the platters is all chippy and the glaze is cracked but I think that just makes me like it more.
How cool is this photo? I am always wondering about the people in old pics. I’m sure they all have a story to tell.
Does anyone know what these are? Yup, bed springs. I have big plans for this set of springs. Just you wait and see.
