Vegetable Dalia is a healthy one pot meal which includes mixed seasonal vegetables, broken wheat and green lentils. Broken wheat is generally known as dalia or daliya in the north region. Broken wheat is used for making various sweet and savory Indian recipes. Dalia is considered one of the simplest and healthiest breakfast or main course meal.
Vegetable Dalia Using REDMOND’s Smart Multicooker Most of time people make it like porridge or running consistency but I prefer slightly thick like pulao with full on seasonal vegetables with fresh curd. I prefer carrots, peas, onion, potatoes, corn in vegetable dalia. You can add little pav bhaji masala for making little spicy as well as flavorful dalia.
