VALENTINE’S DAY MAKEUP AND OUTFIT IDEAS Makeup for Red Dress

Hey everyone! I am back with yet another Valentine’s day outfit and makeup ideas. This is the second look in the series. This look is dedicated to the fierce color red. Here is a red dress makeup tutorial for the Valentine’s day.

The first post in the series was dedicated to the color Blue. You can read more about the first look and blue smokey eye makeup HERE

Here is the second look. For this look I chose the color Red. Its a color that calls for attention, ever eye in the room will notice this sophisticated Lace Red dress. I have kept this look elegant with a red lace dress and black stilettos. For the jewelry let the diamonds do the talking.  I kept the shoes black with an ankle strap. As much as we love “Red” doing makeup that compliments this color can be tricky at times. For this look I chose shimmery eye makeup and a nu*e peach lipstick to complete the look, if you dont want to go for pale lips you can always opt for a pink lipstick, it goes well with a red. I chose pink lips for this particular makeup look.

RED DRESS

I have totally skipped the eyeliner for this look, instead I have tight lined my eyes, and applied eyeliner on the lower lash line.

MAKEUP FOR RED DRESS

I have used lots of mascara on my lashes both top and bottom lashes.

I kept the blush pink so it doesnt clash with the pink lipstick and instead adds to the softness of the look. The lipstick I have used is from Tarte’s holiday collection palette, so I cant really tell the name. The blush is NYX GLOW.

So that is all for this post. I hope you aer enjoying this series on Valentine’s Day Makeup and Outfit Ideas. Until next time….
