Unidentified Hair-do

By Sandrastanek @Sandrastanek
You know that feeling when you have a new haircut (and yes, I am going to be talking about my new hair AGAIN because it's just so exciting isn't it?!). Well, to the point, I am not talking you through that my non-inspirational life now caught a small piece of inspiration in the form of my new haircut and blah blah blah. However, since my hair is all nice and shiny n shit, I decided to some serious-ass hair modeling with the inspiration of 70's hair-things and stuff and the modern stuff too (because I have no idea where should I classify a beanie hat and a seemingly headband that actually is a belt, yes, the normal belt you tie your pants with). Other than that, my Lennon's can't go missing, ever. But I guess you already know that.

Safely to say, the headband doesn't look as good on me however my inspiration for this hair stuff were the Olsen girls that look flawless in those headbands and other stuff like that. As long as you want to wear this, just make sure your hair ain't smooth and sleek like mine is today because adding to the 'homeless look' effect, your hair should more likely be full of random highlights (natural colors only, PLEASE) and a little wavy. Or just keep it straight but don't make it so shiny. However not being an expert for hair, who am I to tell you all this? Just follow the Olsens (I never know which one's which so I just refer to them as 'THE OLSENS') when it comes to hair styling and you'll be fine. The other thing to wear on a bad-hair day or just a good hair day when you feel like wearing something else than... just your hair (?!) and not making your hair into weird braids that will fall apart and look all too much and people will actually see you tried so hard but it failed, it's the best not to try at all and just put something, not make something. A beanie hat, an amazing solution when you don't want to look like a jerk-off that stands in front of the mirror 24/7. However, you can only wear this as long as you're casual. Don't..... just don't... try to wear it with a gown, please. I love the way that Leandra Medine styled her outfit and added a gorgeous Alexander Wang beanie hat to it all and it made a complete different look however, an even better one in my opinion.

And wear an arm party, just like the Man Repeller. It's the best way to always seemingly look careless. When it comes to my case, never take off your Lennon's, too. They just go well with everything. Even that fricken gown outfit. But in the end again, simplicity wins if you know what I mean. It always (as long as your care for your hair) looks good and yes, it's just another one of my excuses to prevent any further conversations about why I myself don't wear these kind of things on my head, that's because I'm too lazy and because I like my hair at the same time. What a good combo.
