Twinsie Tuesday is back for the new year!! Today's theme is to create a pond mani. What is a pond mani, you ask? Essentially it's a design sandwiched between layers of jelly polishes, so it looks like the design is floating on the nails. Here's what I came up with.
For this mani I used Pure Nail Lacquer Lucid, a gorgeous blue jelly, and Pure Nail Lacquer Break Out, a silver metallic polish for the design. I started with two coats of Lucid, then used my dotting tool to create flower shapes. I then topped it off with another coat of Lucid.

This is a really simple, but fun look. I love seeing the design through the polish.
