Traveling on the Tide of Time

Time travel is not possible unless you have many things in place and we are many years off making time travel possible, but we should ask ourselves why would we want to travel through time and who would be able to say what was right or wrong... In a way we travel towards through time each day and we think nothing of it...
One thing that bugs me the most about time travel is who would be in charge of it if it was possible?
