So with the season finally coming to an end its time to grab some bargains in our outlet. We have put our heads together here at Simply Piste HQ and come up with our top 5 “hot picks” that all skiers and snowboarders will like! So lets get started shall we…..
O’Neill: Icebreaker Anorak
The Anorak from O’Neill is a great ski and snowboard all rounder. The Anorak has a DWR (durable water resistance) coating to protect you from the elements but the jacket is still great at wicking away moisture keeping you nice and cool in the backcountry.
This O’Neill jacket has a regular fit making it suitable for all types of snow activities like skiing, snowboarding and even tobogganing! You get tons of space and storage within the jacket from lift pass pockets, zipped chest pockets and two large pockets on the front. Lastly as well the Anorak has a great “vintage” feel to it.
Anon: Goggle Case
The goggle case from Anon is a great soft case that will give your goggles all the protection needed when not wearing them on the slopes. The case can hold one pair of goggles and two sets of space lenses.
This Anon goggle case has mesh windows at the side for breathability, which will help, stop your goggles fogging up in storage. The top and the bottom of the case has been reinforced so that the case can’t be crushed. The dimensions are L22cm x W14cm H 10cm.
Scott: Women’s Quorra 100 jacket
The Quorra from Scott is a great active fit ski and snowboard jacket. This jacket has a Gore-Tex lining to it making this jacket 100% waterproof and breathable. Due to the Gore-Tex lining all the seams of the jacket have been sealed to ensure waterproofing.
This Scott jacket has underarm venting, hand warmers pockets, internal secure pockets and even a sleeve pocket. The Snow skirt on the Quorra uses a interlock system which fits Scott ski pants.
Didriksons: Kebnats Coverall
The Kebnats from Didrikson’s is a brilliant all in one for children. The Kebnats has a waterproofing rating of 5000mm, which will give you all the waterproofing your child needs but still keep them nice and cool when it gets a little hot.
This Didrikson coverall has an ergonomic fit to make it more comfortable and giving your child more freedom to move. The coolest thing about the Kebnats is that it comes with extending sizes, the seams inside can be cut away and the arms or legs increase their size.
Smith Optics: IO Goggle
The IO from Smith Optics is a brilliant goggle for skiers and snowboarders. This Smith Optics goggle has a medium fit, quick release lens system which are spherical, 5 x anti fog, vaporator lens technology and 3 layer DriWix face foam.
With the IO you get a Green SOL-X Mirror and Red Mirror lens which are both category one lens. They have a great fit and are packed with tons of tech making this a very hot pick in our outlet.
