When the sun decided to show itself more regularly one of the things I intended was to wear more skirts, which is exactly what I’m starting to do and it feels pretty damn good. In winter I quickly fall into easy habits like living in skinny jeans and big sweaters, but even I began to think my outfits needed a little variation. Because I’m not very trend-sensitive and try to be very real here on Lovely by Lucy, you get to see what I actually wear which in my case isn’t always necessary that renewing or trendcasting as blog-readers might be used to. For me that doesn’t matter that much because one of my highest priorities is being myself and staying true to myself, but in the blogosphere there are obviously kinds of norms and pressure. Luckily it’s none of those that got me to wear a skirt this morning, it’s because I felt like wearing a skirt. With sneakers, of course :)
