Hi world! I am all excited today since I finally have my Commentluv up and running on my site! If you don’t know what Commentluv is, well allow me to make a little explanation. This is a plugin that shows you the visitor a lot of love and appreciation for having visited and commented on posts on my blog! In this ever-growing blogosphere it is so very important to be supportive of one another and keep a good network! By commenting on a post, if you too have a site, you can add the url in when commenting and commentluv opens the door for you to promote your latest post on my site. Besides that, others who visit will also be able to see who you are and get to know you and visit your blog! Cool huh?
OK what is the big deal and why am I so excited? Well, as it turns out I was not able to get it up and running on my current WordPress theme and had been trying everything in my power to get it to work, and since I am not the brightest star in the universe I was not able to get it going! So I decided to use all of my strength and I called for help! I submitted a ticket to Commentluv and Andy Baily, who is the author of this neat plugin answered me immediately. Well, my ticket was different from most since it was not his product that was not working properly, but rather my theme, nonetheless Andy volunteered to do “heart surgery” on my theme to fix the problem!
It amazes me the people who are willing to go beyond the call of duty to lend a helping hand, and when they do they are proof to me that, despite all of the problems in the world, there are special people still here. Well, you might argue the fact that it is in his best interest to fix the problem, and I will agree to that, only he is a VERY busy person and took the time to fix another company’s product (since they have not made themselves available). Now that is a lot of luv! And of course, because he is a programmer, despite the fact that according to him he had to “scratch his head” to figure out the problem as it was complicated, he did it all within perhaps 30 minutes!
So today I am writing a post to toot his horn! The product is absolutely a must have plugin for WordPress, and the guy behind it is incredible! So I decided to make it readily available on my site where you can get your own copy right on the right side of the page! So many of you already have it because you have realized its value, but those who may not have gotten it yet, might want to get premium as it has so many amazing features that you can see for yourself on the site!
