This is a trend which can only please me: wear whatever you want (except a sporty outfit) and finish your look with a pair of super comfortable running shoes. You will look cool, edgy, trendy and comfy. What's there not to like ?

Judging from what fashion bloggers are wearing, Nike and New Balance seem to be big big BIG favorites, but as long as you choose a running looking pair of sneakers you can pull this trend off. Although fashionistas have a clear preference for New Balance, Nike running shoes feel more authentic to me. Plus, if I buy a pair of Nike running shoes I can really start running as I always wanted (this is how I will explain it to the hubby, between you and me: I will never start running, !).
