And another thing that’s a direct result of my weight loss & training: the Red Barron lands every 28 days now. Pre-pregnancy it was every 30-32 days and I ovulated late. I had a year and a half of weight gain and stress from several miscarriages - it was an ugly spiral. Looking back I’m kinda surprised we finally got pregnant with Harry considering my physical state.
The regulation of my cycle is awesome as we’re entering the battle for #2 later this year and I plan on being in fighting shape.
