We had a rather sweltering hot weekend here in New York, with humidity levels reaching way up there and making almost unbearable to be outside. It was the perfect weekend to spend in a breezy country home like this one, home to stylist Kara Rosenlund. The decor in this 1890's cottage is Brisbane, Australia is a dreamy mix of shabby chic with subtle touches of modernity. I can't get enough of the beautiful neutral color palette she used to convey a sense of freshness and relaxation. Just lovely!
