The Oceanic Lake Toba

By Tobeontheroad
Half of Day 3 was spent ferrying to Parapat (whose ferry point is called Tigarajah ferry terminal) to fix our tour plans for the next day. Our return ride from Parapat to Tuk Tuk around noon offered us the best blend of colours of the sky, lake and mountains.

The rest of the afternoon was spent lazing around reading books. Decided to head for a short walk around Tuk Tuk around evening time. We had hardly walked for half an hour when the skies opened and engulfed the town in mad showers. We were forced to seek refuge in a small tea shop where we had to endure some more of the tea-paysam.

Got back to the room partially drenched and spent the rest of the evening packing our bags as we had an early start planned the next day.
