Last week I did something that changed my life, something I have never done in the past. I took a nap… at 6 o’clock in the evening. I was tired and stressed out and just couldn’t stay awake. I awoke around 8 in the evening and realized I was well rested. There was no way I was going to sleep through the night. I looked out at the clear Alberta sky and thought about going for a drive.
