The Scotland Yard Christmas tree is always a splendid affair. In blue, of course.
The Metropolitan Police @metpoliceuk Christmas Tree Project This year, the Metropolitan Police are hoping to beat their record of 2016 when they collected 17,000 presents "under" their lovely blue tree for London children who would otherwise have gone without a gift on Christmas Day.
The Metropolitan Police @metpoliceuk Christmas Tree Project To donate a gift for under the tree visit the Met Christmas Appeal page at www.met.police.uk/applyregister/met-christmas-appeal/ and follow a few simple steps.
If you can't get to London and want to donate money to buy a gift, you can do that too! Simply visit the Just Giving page for the project at www.justgiving.com/campaigns/charity/saferlondon/metxmastree
