The Duchess and Queen Bey have finally met!

The moment we’ve all been waiting for happened today during the Lion King London premiere. Beyonce, who voices Nala attended with Jay-Z, and Meghan with Prince Harry.

According to Royal correspondents, after Beyonce and Meghan hugged, Beyoncé and Jay-Z spent time talking about parenthood with Harry and Meghan, and were quick to congratulate them on the arrival of baby Archie.

Harry asked how the twins were doing, and Beyonce was quick to let him know that they did not come along for this trip. Jay-Z reportedly gave Harry some parental advice,” always find time for yourself.”

B: The baby, so beautiful. We love you guys.
H: And how are the twins?
B: They are not here. They don’t come on every trip. We left them at home. They would loved to have been here
JZ: The best advice I can give you, always find time for yourself

The Lion King London premiere was held in support of Prince Harry’s conservation work through The Royal Foundation.

In celebration of the film’s release, The Walt Disney Company announced #ProtectThePride, a global conservation campaign to support efforts protecting the rapidly diminishing lion population across Africa. As a part of their commitment to this cause, Disney also made a donation to The Duke of Sussex’s upcoming environment & community initiative which will be formally announced this autumn.

This evening, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended #TheLionKing European premiere in London at the Odeon Theatre. Oh, and the Duchess wore a black cocktail dress from Jason Wu for her first red carpet movie premiere as a Royal. She completed her look with a Gucci clutch and Aquazzura heels.
