The Sparkler

I was sent the The Sparkler in Enchanting Gold and boy is it enchanting! While I am older now and not as enticed by the shimmer powder as I was in my teenage years, I can certainly see how this will be a popular choice for the festive parties.
This shimmer powder is really really fine and as a result, very easily blendable for an even effect. It can be used on the face, body and hair and gives off just a beautiful, sparkly sheen.
I also love that the atomiser is designed to release a little amount each time through a very fine opening which causes barely any mess when most shimmer powders usually would. It’s not exactly travel-friendly (it is not that big; it is just a little bulky with the atomiser pump) to pop in my handbag so it's something I would apply at home and not touch up. Having said that, there is nothing to worry about at all because the shimmer is so long lasting.
Available in 2 shades: Copper & Enchanting Gold. RRP: $39.95

Slanted Kabuki Brush

The Body Shop Limited Edition Make UpThis slanted kabuki brush is made with “soft, fluffy synthetic hairs’. It is really soft, I caught my baby playing with it and brushing it on her face. It is that soft and comfortable!
The unique slanted design makes sculpting and contouring easy.I also like it as it is multi-purpose - delicate enough for use on face yet voluminous enough for use on body. Multi-purpose products always get my top marks!
RRP: $39.95

Colourglide Shine Lipstick : Ruby Sparkle

The Body Shop Limited Edition Make Up
I was sent the shade Ruby Sparkle and I love it. I usually shy away from reds (as I am still rather unadventurous with lip colours as I have previously mentioned) but I do like this one. I have been wearing it every day for the last week!

It actually does not apply as red as it looks. It resembles more of a deep cherry pinkish-red. I especially love the "subtle shimmer” it gives. You can literally see the specks of shimmer which really fascinated me. It goes on with a slightly glossy sheen; the shine on me wears off in a couple of hours while the stain itself stays on for about 6 hours as a beautiful, muted red. And oh, the shimmer actually outlives the stain! Fascinating!      I definitely favour the creamy, nourishing formula. Also, I love the sleek design. This might not be the most important point for a lipstick but I really love the rounded corners and the rose gold color design.
Available in 2 shades: Rare Coral and Ruby Sparkle. RRP: $24.95

Smoky Moonstone 4 Eye Palette

This palette consists of 4 shimmery shades, a mini eyeshadow brush and a mini eyeliner brush that all fit nicely in the palette.

You know how many palettes/sets come with brushes/mini brushes but they endup being really crappy ones and you just chuck them out? This Body Shop Palette definitely stands out in this regard; the mini brushes are of excellent quality. In fact, I have taken them out of the palette for my daily use in my make up routine. They are so soft and do not shed.

I really like the colours. Personally though, they are just a tad bit too shimmery for my daily use. That’s just me, though! However, I think they are perfect for the festive parties so I have already decided to wear them should I get to attend any Christmas party by any stroke of luck in this small little town and with 2 little kids.
Quality-wise, these shadows are awesome. Highly pigmented, gorgeous shimmer, long lasting and barely any fall-out/creasing . With a really buttery feel to them. No complaints here. Oh and look at the sleek design of the palette!
RRP: $39.95

 Vanilla Bliss Body Butter

The Body Shop Limited Edition Make Up
If limited edition make up isn't for your loved one, you can consider their range of skin/body care.
I was sent the Vanilla Bliss Body Butter and it smells heavenly. So good that even my husband asked me what I "did differently today" lol. As with the high quality of other Body Shop products, this body butter is unsurprisingly hydrating and nourishing for my skin. It offers "24 hour hydration" and contains a wonderful 200ml of product. By the way, this is a "limited edition festive fragrance"!
 RRP: $27.95
You can purchase these items at The Body Shop or online at www.thebodyshop.com.au. Delivery is a very reasonable $8.95 but hurry as many products are already out of stock online!
*These products have been sent to me for review purposes. My opinions are 1000% genuine and uninfluenced nonetheless.
