The The Balm Meet Matte Hughes Liquid Lipstick is very creamy and very easy to apply on lips. No mandatory exfoliation is needed. The liquid gets applied so well and you have ample time to correct the outline of the lips. But, I felt that you need not worry as the applicator is designed well enough for the precision. I loved it for the precise application and before settling into a matte finish, it gave me enough time to correct any harsh edges. The shade range is good and I am sure everyone will have one perfect shade from this range.
