Just like last year, my man and I enjoyed a 'ThanksLiving' feast this Thanksgiving. Another Turkey lives! One of our favorite vegan restaurants here in PHX holds this 'ThanksLiving' event every year and boy let me tell you, the food is killer. My plate, as you can see, was seriously loaded. The roll, mashed potato's, and massive heap of corn never actually saw my stomach. I devoured the brussel sprouts, asparagus, dangerously delicious stuffing, cranberries, and mock chicken. Oh yes, and don't forget about that lovely bit of pumpkin pie off to the side there. Its the only meal I've eaten today as you can probably understand/relate.A long bike ride and relaxing on the couch has made this day pretty spectacular. Hope you also had a great holiday. And don't go too crazy with Black Friday tomorrow kids.
