Tenderness is a more recent collection of JCO's poems than my recent re-read's and one I actually remember reading as it was only a few years ago when I bought it. I like the title of the collection and the front cover really appeals to me. I enjoyed all of the poems in this collection. They're well-written and I'm impressed by the use of imagery. The collection is split into four sections. I especially enjoyed On This Morning of Grief, Undertow Wolf's Head Lake, There Was a Shot and The Triumph of Gravity.
