Tea Trails & Bubble Tea

The menu here is quite interesting as it talks not only about tea but also about tea pairing, bubble teas and variety of food options to go with the Tea. The latest addition being the Bubble Tea we were excited to try them out. Therefore we ordered the Fruit Punch Bubble Tea and the Mango Bubble Tea. The Fruit Punch Bubble Tea was in a smoothie texture with different colors of jelly sweets added to it. The flavors were new and the taste was fruity. On the other hand, the Mango Bubble Tea was a flavored drink with Mango bubbles. The bubbles burst in the mouth releasing amazing flavors. The Mango Bubble tea was indeed unique in taste.

The bubble tea can be best tried with snacks like the Mediterranean Veg Sandwich and the Cajun Potato Wedges. The Mediterranean Sandwich was made in focaccia bread topped with colored Bell Peppers. The sandwich was amazing in taste as it had grilled zucchini. The Cajun Potato Wedges were Potato Wedges sprinkled with Cajun powder and served with Mustard and Peri Peri Mayo dip. The wedges were deep fried to perfection as they were hard from the outside but soft from inside. The potato wedges goes best with the Kulhad Tea. One of the best items to try, the Kullad Tea is served with Kasta Biscuit. You can’t say no to these delicious biscuits.

We also tried the Mushroom Risotto and the Egg Kejriwal. The preparation of the Mushroom Risotto was one of its kind as this dish was divided into two parts. The Risotto was made out with different bell peppers along with parmesan cheese. The Risotto was creamy and had a crunchy taste from the bell peppers. The other part was made in a gravy consistency made out of cream and mushrooms. This form of Risotto is rare and is a combination of two unique and distinctive tastes. The Egg Kejriwal was made on bun pav topped with cheese and a portion of the omelet. The masala spread on the top made all the difference to this dish.
