Syria Will Surrender Chemical Weapons to Avert Obama’s War

Syria’s president Bashar al-Assad first said it in an interview he did with PBS’ Charlie Rose that was broadcast yesterday — that he would be willing to surrender the government’s chemical weapons to international control for dismantling in order to avert an Obama military strike war.

This morning, the Syrian government formally confirms what Assad had said.

The Associated Press reports from Moscow, Sept. 10, 2013, that Syrian Foreign Minister Walid al-Moallem said today his government has agreed to the Russian proposal to to place its chemical weapons under international control for subsequent dismantling, so as to “uproot U.S. aggression.”

Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Russia is now working with Syria to prepare a detailed plan of action, which will be presented shortly. Russia will then be ready to finalize the plan together with U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.

But the jihadist al-Qaeda “rebels” terrorists are dead set against it.

Now why is that?

Don’t the “rebels” terrorists want their enemy to get rid of their nasty chemical weapons?

Oh, I forgot. Silly me.

The “rebels” terrorists themselves not only have chemical weapons — kindly supplied by the British and our esteemed C.I.A.– but, according to UN human rights investigator Carla del Ponte, actually have made use of those nasty chemical weapons (sarin nerve gas)! And the “rebels” terrorists sure don’t want their chemical weapons to also be dismantled!

Meanwhile, yesterday the POS in the White House said the Russian proposal could be “potentially a significant breakthrough,” but he remained skeptical that Syria would follow through.

Blah. Blah. Blah.

The ball is now in your court, Mr. Anti-Christ.
