Coming up first today is the latest launch from L'oreal - their Super Liner Gelmatic Eye Pens.
Yes.. this is Loreal's first eye pen containing gel eye liner formula.
The entire range consists of 6 shades, though only 4 seemed to be launched in India. Or may be there was only 4 at the counter I visited... :P
Without much ado, let's jump on to the swatches -
UNDER INDOOR LIGHTING
UNDER FLASH
Left to Right - Brown, Gold, Teal & Silver.Brown - A muddy brown with copper & brown micro shimmer.
Gold - Antique dull gold with similar micro shimmer.
Teal - A lovely turquoise blue with blue micro shimmer.
Silver - A gorgeous metallic shade with same colored micro shimmer (Totally stunning it looked in person!)
My take -
All of the shades seem to have micro shimmer of their same color in them, adding dimension to the shades.
The above swatches are all of two swipes.
The eyeliner is very creamy & has awesome pigmentation.
The two other shades not seen in the swatches are a black & a navy blue.
Definitely L'oreal has arrived with their gelmatic pens in terms of formula when compared to their not-so-impressive Lorea'l Kajal Magique. (click on pink font to read review)
By the way, there is also a fat marker like liner introduced along with this gelmatic range. I didn't bother to check the price or the swatch! :(
