This little guy is happily framed in his peachy, frosty jacket, all suited up for a big night at the Pine Rivers Gallery on Brisbane’s northside. I’m especially excited to announce that he’s been selected as a finalist in the Moreton Bay Region Art Awards! You can head on down and lend him some moral support next Friday, 16 May, at the Strathpine Community Centre. Doors open at 6pm with formalities taking place an hour later, and you can relax with a drink as your eyes take a wander.
The keen observer will note that my Salisbury comrades Ryan Daffurn, Nick Leavey and Anita West are also strongly representing the southside as finalists. I’m very proud to be showing alongside them.
